- negotiate your pay and conditions
- Sign an employment contract before you leave your home country
- Understand the terms of the contract
- The contract will be conditional upon:
- Achieving nurse registration in Australia
- Approval of a working visa
- The contract will require the employer to:
- Nominate you for a visa
- Employ you as a fulltime nurse
- Provide the salary and benefits agreed
- Once you have become registered in Australia we help you:
- Apply for your working visa
- Introduce you to the employer
- Provide support and advice during your employment
