Which pathway is for me?

Nurses from countries where nursing education is recognised:

• May only be required to submit documentation
• English language proficiency may not need to be demonstrated
• These countries may include UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada and USA.
• Costs are confined to travel, registration and short term living & accommodation

Overseas nurses with English proficiency of 7.0 IELTS should apply for the shorter programs.

• The course is only 8-12 weeks
• You will be working as an Australian nurse 3 months from arrival.
• You will earn an Australian registered nurses salary
• This will allow you to repay your loan in 15 months.

 Longer programs of 1-3 years are

• Suited to nurses who have English proficiency of 6.5 IELTS
• Nurses whose education is assessed as not equal to Australia’s
• Your student visa may allow you to work during the course.
• This will provide experience, income and language proficiency.
